TickFreePets is committed to making our website accessible to all customers, including those with disabilities. We strive to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

Accessibility Features on This Site

Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy for screen readers
Alternative text on all meaningful images
Sufficient color contrast between text and background (minimum 4.5:1 for body text)
Keyboard-accessible navigation, forms, and interactive elements
Visible focus indicators on all focusable elements
Resizable text up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
Descriptive link text and button labels
ARIA landmarks and labels where appropriate

Ongoing Work

Web accessibility is a continuous process. We routinely test our Site using automated tools (Lighthouse, axe DevTools) and manual review with keyboard-only navigation and screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA).

Third-Party Content

Some third-party embedded content (payment processors, analytics tools, product images from Elanco) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We work with these providers to improve accessibility over time.
